Rental Rates

New rates starting January 1, 2023. 

The rates are different for each cabin as they are different sizes.  Each cabin will have a daily rate and a weekly rate based on the number of people they will accommodate.   

Check in time is 4:00 p.m.     Check out time is 11:00 a.m. 

Twin Lakes has two bedrooms, a queen size bed, two sets of twin size bunk beds, and a sofa that makes out to a double bed. Therefore it will sleep 7 people.

NIGHT:   $ 140     /     WEEKLY:   $930

 

UP North has three bedrooms, three sets of twin size bunk beds, a king bed and a queen bed. Therefore it will sleep 10 people.

PLEASE   NOTE: 

Some people visit our renters with camping trailers.  Although there certainly is room for them, our rates do not include the extra costs they cause.  Therefore, the following rate will be added for any visitors:

Camping Trailers / RV’s will be charged $10 per night; no hook-ups.

PLUS we require the renters to pay for a “porta-potty.”

“Porta-potty” can be rented through U.P. Septic Service (906 450 5727).
They should be ordered in advance as they have a limited supply.

[Please understand that we are not referring to people who visit during the day and then leave.  We are referring to visitors who come and stay.]

Each cabin is located on ten acres, and each has a pond for swimming & fishing.  Both ponds have a variety of fish to catch. Twin Lakes has a paddle boat, and U.P North has a pontoon.  However, you have to furnish your own fishing gear and life jackets.  

Although the cabins are adjacent to one another a man-made berm offers total privacy. 

You cannot see one cabin from the other, and you cannot hear one another.
